10 Superior Rooms are situated on the first floor of the main building, each with its own terrace with a seating area and overlooking Weligama Bay.
2 Connected Bungalows with 4 individual rooms are situated in the garden with their own terrace.
6 Garden Villas are situated close to the beachside and swimming pool.
2 Junior Suites and 2 spacious Royal Suites are situated on the second floor of the building. The Junior Suite has one large bedroom and living room. The Royal Suite features a separate bedroom and living room. Both suites offer an extensive bathroom which is made in local white terazzo finishing, a shower and two washbasins while the terazzo bathtub offers a view of the Weligama Bay. The total size of the Junior Suite is around 77 sq metres, the Royal Suite is 115 sq. metres including large terraces with a panoramic view of Weligama Bay.
