Hotel Policies

Deposit Policy

Reservations require a guarantee by credit card or cash prepayment. Reservations will have a deposit of the total rooms, nights and tax charged two business days after booking.

Full payment is due at check-out

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled more than 45 days before arrival are charged one night's room and tax. Cancellations received less than 45 days before arrival after full payment has been taken are non-refundable. A cancellation number will be issued at the time of notification. Reservations that do not arrive will be charged the full amount of reservation booking.

Group Policy

An advanced good faith deposit is required for all groups in conjunction with a final signed contract. A special cancellation policy is applied.

Taxes

VAT and service charge are included in room rates.

Additional full American breakfast USD 10, lunch USD 14, dinner USD 16

Credit Cards

Visa, MasterCard, American Express are accepted.  

Rates Are Based On

One bedroom suites are based on double occupancy and a maximum of four people per room. Extra person and breakfast charge is applied.

Royal suites are based on double occupancy and a maximum of 5 people per room. Extra person and breakfast charge is applied.

Extra Person Charge

USD 36 per person per night.  

Children Policy

No room charge for children under 6 year old provided they are sharing a room with parents. Child under 12 years sharing with parents with supplement of USD 20 per night. Maximum 1 child per room, 2 children per suite. Baby cot is free of charge.

Minimum Night Stays

7 nights

Smoking Policy

18 rooms are non smoking.
